Most of this information is not what I’d call directly useful–unless your org is planning to run off and build a new society in the woods, you won’t be employing most of the techniques themselves–but the concepts are all generally applicable. If you’re interested in gardening, in pottery, in building things, or just in making stuff and doing things in general, you will get a lot of mileage out of this channel.
